Personal, Inexpensive Web Design & Management
People design and publish their own websites every day. It's a fairly simple process, especially if you utilize some of the web design software that's out there. However, building and maintaining a website takes time, thought, and frankly, after a while it gets tedious! Plus, you have to either learn how to code in HTML and CSS, or you have to learn how to use new software. Why not pay someone else to worry about all of that for you, and make sure your website is updated and maintained?
I offer quality web design & management services, preferably to locals (meaning Northern California), at an inexpensive rate. I am not a professional, and do not claim to be one. I have had no formal training. However, I can provide a good-looking, fully functional and interactive website for a negotiable and reasonable rate that is less than what a professional charges. Also, I work closely with my clients to ensure that the website I create meets their needs and their standards. (This is why I prefer to work for locals; it's a lot easier to work out what someone wants if you can talk with them in person.)

Please note... I have no way of offering 3-D imaging on my websites. That takes a lot of expensive software and training, and even professional web designers usually just pay someone else to code the 3-D stuff for them. (I mention this because two people have approached me about designing websites for them with 3-D images, and I just can't do it.)
